The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill
on page 1, line 10, by striking the title and inserting in lieu
thereof a new title, to read as follows:
"
A BILL to amend and reenact §18B-11A-2 of the Code of West
Virginia, 1931, as amended; that said code be amended by
adding thereto two new sections, designated §18B-11A-8 and
§18B-11A-9
, all relating to autism spectrum disorder; defining
autism spectrum disorder; providing legislative findings;
establishing duties of the State Autism Training Center and
the
West Virginia University Center for Excellence in
Disabilities
to improve the delivery of services relating to
the early diagnosis, intervention and treatment of autism
spectrum disorder.
"
